Erin Hennessy originally began her ballet training in Bathurst and moved to Sudbury Ontario as a teenager where she attended a performing arts high school. Upon completion, she moved to Halifax where she danced for one year in a pre-professional modern dance company before beginning her training at Concordia University in Montreal.

She has most recently returned to Bathurst after finishing the Contemporary Dance Program at Concordia. The reason she chose Bathurst to open her school is because she wants to give back to the community that she came from.  Through her education and experience as a choreographer and dancer, Erin has gained a vast amount of knowledge that she wishes to share with others. Whether it be to inspire a newfound passion within someone, or to teach the youth and adults in the area about art on an educational level, Erin hopes to create an artistic 'movement' within the community.
